The Botanist Islay Dry Gin is an exquisite spirit crafted using 22 different botanicals that are picked locally on the Scottish island of Islay. These botanicals are picked throughout the year and the Scottish foragers then carefully and meticulously dry all of the botanicals in order to be infused during the slow, simmer distillation process.
