Aged for six months in white oak barrels, 123 Organic Tequila Reposado
(Dos) gains a pale color that hints at its complexity and versatility. A
subtle agave scent greets the nose, but quickly gives way to flavors of
salted caramel, crme brle, and toffee. These flavors deepen as they approach a minty, anise finish.
