Description

This sparkling wine is fruit-forward with pleasant toasted notes on the nose with a crisp and balanced palate. It is excellent as an aperitif and pairs wells with seafood pasta dishes and salmon. Bright white foam, very fine perlage and a pale straw color with greenish tinges. Serve at 43-46F. A nice aperitif, and excellent accompaniment to seafood pasta dishes, salmon and lighter white fish. Fruit-forward with pleasant toasted notes. A full, lusciously crisp and balance palate with persistent perlage.
