California Cowboy Rye is aged a minimum of two years in new charred oak barrels. Our rye is even bolder and spicier than our California Cowboy Bourbon. With notes of cinnamon and cardamom, it is a perfect partner for a Whiskey Smash or a Boulevardier. With no added flavors or colors, our straight rye whiskey is true to its craft.
