COCKSPUR Platinum white rum from Barbados is matured briefly in oak before being filtered to remove its colour. This gives you some aged rum richness to your cocktail, while not impacting the drink’s color. Platinum is a bit pepperly at first before some great vanilla and papaya sweetness comes through in the finish.
