Description

Damien is a fervant zero intervention winemaker, but does not rest until each wine has gone though its course to ensure the bottled wine is as near perfection as possible. Patience is a must, with long fermentations and long barrel ageing, but when the wines are ready, we realise the wait was worth the while! With only 3 ha for the world, we are lucky to be able to offer you a taste of this tireless work.
