E.H. Taylor Single Barrel Bourbonis one of many versions crafted by E.H. Taylor and still produced at the Buffalo Trace Distillery. This single-barrel bourbon was crafted from Mash Bill #1, like other great blends such as Eagle Rare, Buffalo Trace, and George T. Stagg. It has a lower content of rye, than mash bill #2. This bourbon is rich with notes of lightly toasted oak, and prominent notes of dried figs. On the palate, you’ll find sweet hints of butterscotch. The finish is warm with slight hints of tobacco and dark spices.

E.H. Taylor Straight Rye Bourbonis one of many versions crafted by E.H. Taylor and still produced at the award-winning Buffalo Trace Distillery. This bourbon was crafted from Mash Bill #1, like other great blends such as Eagle Rare, Buffalo Trace, and George T. Stagg. It is a sour mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, which has a lower content of rye, than mash bill #2. This bourbon is smooth and luxurious with prominent notes of rye and malted barely on the palate mingled with bright hints of sweet dried fruit. The finish is strong with bold flavors of black pepper, a touch of fresh dill, and subtle caramel overtones, with an oaky finish.
