Distilled at a thirteenth century chapel located in an ancient fishing village between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada in Italy, Gin Mare is made using traditional Mediterranean techniques. Botanicals in this gin include arbequina olives, rosemary, thyme, basil, orange, lemon, coriander, juniper berries and green cardamom.
