German-style Wheat Beer

Our
award winning Bavarian Style Hefeweizen is unlike the lemon-laden beers
that flood the market under the same name. Ours is an unfiltered German
classic with hints of banana, clove and pear. Its all in all
refreshing, and no fruit was added – nor needed. Instead the complex
character of the beer is produced through mastery, detail and authentic
Bavarian yeasts.
