Rimauresq takes its name from the “Real Mauresque ” which is the river which flows through the vineyards. Its exceptional ‘terroir’, recognised through its Cru Class status, results in wines of elegance, complexity, purity and long term cellaring potential. The terroir is of crystalline rock with sand and gravelly soil. It frequently benefits from the combination of the individual terroirs in the same area of the vineyard. It is this diversity that allows Rimauresq to excel in all three styles: red, white and ros. – Importer Note
