Shortcross Irish Whiskey is carefully crafted at Rademon Estate Distillery. In a time honored tradition the Shortcross Irish Whiskey journey began in 2015 when we distilled our first Shortcross whiskey on Irelands smallest copper pot still and weve been distilling our very own Irish Whiskey ever since. Were obsessive about the Irish Whiskey we craft! We carefully consider every detail from mash bills, fermentation, distillation, and maturation. We strive to create as much flavor as possible in each step of our whiskey making process.
