Broquel, which means shield and symbolizes family heritage, is a great example of the legacy and quality Trapiche has embodied in their wines since 1883.This 100% Chardonnay has pear and red apple aromas, with honey and cinnamon notes. It pairs best with seafood, white meat and pastas.
