Westland Sherry Wood is our interpretation of one of the worlds most popular styles of Single Malt Whiskey. Using our five-malt spirit to complement the vibrant sherry influence of the casks we ship whole from Spain, we create a whiskey that is decadent but still gives the barley an equal voice; something rarely done in Scotland.
