US-grown Mosaic hops are an essential in big West Coast IPAs and pale
ales, bursting with mango, lemon, pine, and stone fruit flavors and
aromas.

We blended our wine barrel-aged sour blonde ale with foeder-fermented
brettanomyces farmhouse ale to craft a complex base of stone fruit, oak,
and earthy funk to compliment the herbal, mango and lemon-like
character of Mosaic.
