Olek Bondonio vineyard has been in his family for more than 200 years. In Olek’s early years he was conquering the world of professional snowboarding, but soon he turned his attention back to the winery in Barbaresco where he had spent his summer’s. He now farms his vineyard and produces his wines in a traditional fashion, with minimal inputs and a lot of care and attention by hand. He crafts magnificent wines from his vineyard in Barbaresco. – Chris L
